Absolutely amazing clinic, services and doctors. I had hip pain after an injury for nearly 3 years and had tried the doctors and a physio. I tried this chiropractor on a recommendation and so glad I did. Jon was very open and honest about the process necessary, and he told me how long it would take and how many sessions. He prescribed a plan and he explained the recovery and how the treatment worked - after some time and as per his recommendation, I began to feel better, and within 2 sessions, I could already feel the difference it made. Within a month I was so much better. I ended up not needing as many visits because it helped so much. I feel like he gave me my life (and the ability to run) back! Highly recommended and if you listen to what they say you should do, you'll not regret it.

Just had my 3rd session with John today and pleased to see some positive results already which is really promising. John is very knowledgeable and went through his assessment with me on my return visit outlining what he’d found and a plan of treatment. I’ve had pain on my right hip and lower back for a few years after getting knocked off of my bike about 10 years ago. Thought I’d just have the pain forever... So pleased my girlfriend found the Optimum Spine Centre online. Jo in reception is great as other people have already commented. I was a bit worried first visit but she made me feel really relaxed which was lovely !

After trying a number of different options for back difficulty and being told to rest and that will make it better, I visited Andrew and almost instantly found improvements happening. I was running again within 4 sessions after having not been able to run for 5 months. I have continued to improve my back health and am now able to go all day without any back pain and being able to run again without any pain or discomfort.
