I’ve been going here for about 4 years and my experience has been great - Sam helped me prepare for my braces and was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process! Eleanor is also amazing; she took over my treatment whilst I had the braces on and made the whole thing a lot more pleasant and I’m very grateful for that. Even throughout lockdown, the communication was really good between myself and the practice. Overall, the team there are efficient and approachable and have made braces a very positive thing for me personally (so if you plan to get them, don’t stress too much)!

Excellent quality of work. The process has been made tricky by all the lockdowns, and as a result there sometimes wasn’t enough communication (to/with me as parent). But the outcome is excellent, and the patient care has been competent and efficient throughout.
