I was very impressed by this company. I've just had a new log burner and flue installed by them. Ian and his team (Pete ans Sam) turned up when they said they would and were all friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and I liked the way everything was explained as the job went along. They tidied up after themselves and overall the whole experience was very pleasant. Fully recommend Ian Bush and his team if you need a fireplace. We had particular problems with the chimney and fireplace design. Ian was able to come up with a solution and stove that fitted our needs exactly. He organised building works and scaffolding to correct the problem. Also Ian suggested a new Dunsley stove which we had not seen in other suppliers and we are very happy with its looks and performance. Ian and his subcontractors were all quick, efficient, tidy and polite.
