Not sure if I would go back... My partner and I are locals and we wanted to try The Palms seeing as we've only seen and read great reviews. We paid 69 each for an hour full body massage. The price is also listed differently online than it is in store (why?!) They started late and finished about 6 minutes early. The massage beds were uncomfortable and towels rather scratchy and stiff. I asked my masseuse to ease up on the pressure however continued to proceed with the same amount of pressure so it was rather uncomfortable at times. The masseuse who was attending to my partner continually had coughing fits and needed to step out. She also put a vix type of gel on him (or an oil?) when we requested no oils or creams. We had paid for the standard hour massage no oils. There was no receptionist, so each time the door bell rang (four times) one of them would rush out to see who was there. Not impressed at all and I am not convinced these reviews were made by people who don't know the staff there, or are even real people. It's a shame as their position on William Street is perfect and could attract a lot more business if their prices matched their professionalism.

The massage was trouble its was all done very fast and experiences was not nice she didn't even massage my arms or foot and wipe down with cold towels i could even hear music left light on so uncomfortable and wouldn't even go back i have had lots of massage CASH only .sad and it cost 70 online its say 59 with oil and no hot stone ?
My wife and I wanted a head and neck massage, instead we ended up being stood on and my wife is still sore and bruised days later. Even when she asked not to be stood on, the lady kept going. They went to the toilet during the massage and then finished early. For some reason the one that massaged my wife used a rough towel to massage her instead of touching her. She was very rude and kept laughing and speaking in another language. A total waste of our money, we felt much worse after. Just a side note: they don't even ask if you have allergies, injuries, are pregnant, etc. Beware!
Every time I come here it's a great experience, definantly one of the best massage places in Sydney that I visited so far. Pricing is decent and affordable as well. The massage place very nice set up and the music is very relaxing. Staff is smiling most of the time which is a plus. Probably should book ahead before coming in as they tend to be quite busy most days.
The best massage that I have ever had! Totaly recommend this place!
The best in Sydney! Professional service, lovely staff, beautiful place and relaxing atmosphere! Massage is 10 out of 10, couldn't imagine better! Now I am coming every week!
Wow this place is very good. I don't usually write reviews but the experiance I had was well deserving. Now my girlfriend wants to come every week haha.
Went for a massage today I choose the whole body massage with oil for one hour , massage was ok for the first 15 min and then she started to burn time by putting no pressure at all . Then I asked the lady who was giving a massage to massage my feet as whole body includes your feet she replied no sorry , and then as the massage continued she then didn't massage my arms as that is also included by whole body which you would think but no, and to top it off she she finished up 15 minutes earlier so I paid for one hour and only got 45 . I'm sorry but that's not fair I highly recommend that no one goes here and extremely over priced for what service I recvied recvied if I could give -5 star I would
