Have not dealt with Hemauer directly but when someone in my family passed away, someone from here contacted us asking why we didn’t go with them when we went with a competitor elsewhere. We told them that they basically had a monopoly in central Manitoba and wanted to give someone else our business. (Apparently) the director is on the board of funeral businesses and denies other funeral homes from opening up in the Pas area effectively having a conflict of interest.
