We traveled with these folks and the drivers are rge greatest and their buses are amazing!!
Company does what they want. They don’t make the stops that are advertised. I waited over 3 hours for the bus to arrive and contacted them every hour to see if they were coming and every time they told me soon. They didn’t even show up and this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this with this company. I would give it 0 stars if possible. If you’re part of the company and reading this, I suggest you make your bus line more customer friendly and have a 24 hour call line.
Brand new buses are a joy to ride in; DVD player with surround sound for the night trip to Winnipeg equals exceptional! Drivers are friendly and buses are kept clean. Highly Recommend!
I came to pick up much needed freight at 6:40am. No one around and not answering the phone. I confirmed the day before the hours of operation would be from 6am until 7am. Not too happy with my first experience using this company
