Great covid strategy. Super efficient. Very informative and helpful with my new puppy. They're awesome! Got me in super quick when my adopted put showed signs of tapeworm. Gave me tons of helpful information. Couldn't have been happier!

They took great care of my boy Sudo. They have been taking care of him for a year or so now and after some recommended senior wellness testing they caught that he was anemic and eventually decided he had a mass on his spleen. They listened to my concerns. They removed his spleen at a very reasonable price and did a great job. He has been feeling much better these days. Only downside is they are very busy, which is probably a good thing.

We love taking our dog here because the staff is so nice and accommodating. They know her and greet her with a smile as if she were one of their own and you know she’s in good hands. They’ve transitioned through the pandemic wonderfully to keep everyone safe our pets healthy. Best Vet in Asheville!

I called on a Saturday morning concerned about my dog's cough, and was given an appointment for the same morning. Extra precautions are taken to prevent the spread of a potentially contagious illness (such as kennel cough). Two very friendly techs ( I wish I remembered their names) came out to the car for my dog's initial assessment, giving me lots of time to describe his symptoms and express my concerns. Then, Dr. Leah Osborne came out and crawled right into the back seat with Gus. She gave him lots of doggy hugs and kisses on the nose as if he were her own pet. Both my dog and I felt immediately at ease thanks Dr. Osborne's calm, gentle approach. The whole exchange from start to finish was unhurried, thorough, professional, and compassionate. I also appreciate the care received from Dr. Allgood at my dog's first appointment and subsequent surgery. I received regular calls during my dog's recovery, and felt like the staff genuinely remembered and cared for Gus. Holly was very sweet and reassuring. I'm so pleased to have found this team of professional and considerate animal lovers for my beloved pooch. Thanks Pet Vet!
