Home for the holidays, and my mom decided it was time for an upgrade to the real deal piano (yes!). Our experience with The Piano Store was incredible. We were treated wonderfully in the store, and later on the phone, Ben made it possible to do all further transaction via phone. Not only was he incredibly kind and easy to work with in finalizing details, he personally came and helped deliver it with a small group of movers that same night. We felt personally cared for and would absolutely recommend working with Ben on any of your piano-buying needs!

So blessed for music in my household. My self playing baby grand really stirs the magic around the Christmas Tree and takes edge off of a screaming toddler.
