Yummy! My aunt brought a slap yo mama chocolate pie and a coconut pie down for her Christmas visit. They were delicious! The coconut pie was a little too sticky/gooey for my preference, but it was still good. The chocolate pie, though...I have NEVER had a store bought pie that approaches my mom's, but this one comes really, really close. The filling is perfect! Creamy, dense, and so, so chocolatey. I'll definitely be coming by the next time I'm in Memphis to try some in person -- I bet they're even better when they don't have to weather a trip down to Alabama. If you want an excellent chocolate pie, this place offers one!

First time we tried this place although I have wanted to since we moved here in 2018. They have a sign on the door that says only 4 people in the store. We got a taste of "Slap yo Mama" chocolate pie and it was good. Then we bought 2 half pies-- my husband picked Double Mocha chocolate pie and I picked Key Lime pie. We both prefer the Keylime pie. Lol. It's a bit pricey-- just under 27 for 2 half pies in addition to a tip.

The food and service are fine, but to me it's a little on the pricey side for a quick lunch. I had the chicken salad sandwich. I also had a slice of the chocolate pie, it was good. The seating area was a little tight but clean. Would I go back, probably not.
