The property manager Lisa Duncan was the MOST professional and kind hearted leasing agent I have ever dealt with. She made my move into my apartment the easiest and most smooth. She accommodated me since the Pandemic is going on and made sure she was there to answer any calls and concerns I had. The grounds are well kept. I do not have noisy neighbors. These apartments are great. My apartment is more beautiful than the pictures online. Thank You so much Ms. Lisa \u003c3

Please don’t rent here. The office gives you a warm fuzzy feeling that this is the best place in town. The only honest one there was Lisa. The maintenance crew was amazing. But office management, no. We had to break our lease due to Covid 19. My husband has health issues and is high risk, there were so many people coming and going we couldn’t take a chance. Brandi didn’t care, all that mattered was money. We were given one dollar amount and now it’s doubled. Honesty isn’t their long suit. And now they have turned us over to collections without even talking to us first, and they didn’t respond to my email. Out of sight out of mind. Poorly managed and no consistently.

Initially, I had reservations about moving here. Once moved and settled, the transition was seamlessly. I stayed in the complex for a year and ABSOLUTELY loved it. Brandi in the leasing office was great from the beginning through the end. I didn't have any issues as they apply to a resident. Work orders were handled quickly, management were very visible and always willing to assist.

During our walk through before getting keys noticed mold on most of the window frames. It’s not safe for anyone to live there until the mold is properly remediated. The staff was understanding and is reimbursing the monies for rent and deposit. It just had us scrambling as we are relocating from out of town for a short term rental until our new home is completed. So be sure and do a through inspection before signing a lease.
