New managers are a lot better and the commute is easy down Flamingo. Clean property, gated and safe, and all apartments are new inside.

Recently moved in here. Property seems clean and quiet. Office staff was super helpful since I was moving from out of state. I would recommend this complex to friends and family.

New management is here and things have gotten so much better! Now that the resident portal is up and working, I've been able to communicate with the office. My work orders are getting done, they been able to help me with my internet. So responsive, it's really refreshing!

If I could rate 0. I would. At first this place was great. But then things started going downhill very quickly. They’ve been taken over by new management as of August 6 which I hope is better. But my experience with previous management was horrible. When I first moved in I noticed outlets on one whole side of the living room did not work. I immediately put in a work order. Maintenance came and they said they’d be back to fix it. Never did. Then later my roommate was told we broke it. Well that’s not true when it’s been an issue since before we moved in. The hot tubs never work. The gate is left open or broken at least once week. I tried to work out a payment plan when covid hit and I didn’t qualify for unemployment. I was told unless I had some sort of income there was nothing they could do pretty much. Thanks. Such a help. I have no job. And everything was closed. How was I supposed to magically acquire income? They try to charge you for random things that make no sense. The employees weren’t the issue. It was just the lack of competence for actually getting anything done and then trying to pin the blame on residents.
