I had a filling at The Practice at Mortlake last week - and received great treatment from Francesca McMahon. The Practice is taking every step possible to be COVID safe and everyone is incredibly professional - but friendly and welcoming as well. I have been going to The Practice for many years - and my parents before me - and we have always been really happy with the treatment provided by both Francesca and Nathalie. Definitely friendly professionalism!

I have been visiting The Practice at Mortlake for many years and always feel very well looked after by Nick Benger (dentist) and Natalie Dolling (hygienist) who do a great job on my 6-monthly visits. In January this year the Practice had an Invisalign promotion, and having always had crooked teeth I decided to go for it and have my teeth straightened. I was in the care of Francesca McMahon and I was really impressed by her friendly approach and enthusiasm at every stage of the process. Whilst COVID did provide a little delay - the treatment was all set to start in March but we had to wait until July until I could begin wearing the aligners - everything then went very smoothly. Francesca was very pleased with the progress in my interim check-ups, and quite excited how well it was going. By the beginning of December, the treatment was complete and I am delighted with the outcome - see the before and after photos attached. I would not hesitate to recommend The Practice if you are toying with the idea of having your teeth straightened. Thanks to Francesca, Nick, Natalie - and not forgetting dental nurse Michelle and friendly Flossy on reception - for your care!

The staff are all very friendly and the practice is spotless. Nick (the dentist) is very friendly and professional, if work is required all things and options are fully explained. Natalie (the hygienist) is equally friendly and professional. The staff are so nice it’s like being part of a family as everyone remembers your name and always greet you with a smile. The staff go out of their way to put you at ease and make you feel welcome. This has to be the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

We have been using The Practice at Mortlake for at least 15 years, from milk teeth, through teenage teeth and adult wear and tear. The whole atmosphere of the practice is friendly and professional from the front desk onwards. Natalie the Hygenist and Francesca the Dentist are inevitably cheerful, professional and skilled, offering practical advice, setting realistic targets and discussing any treatment fully and clearly. They have managed to instill a habit of good dental hygiene in both children, for which I am very grateful. Whilst going to the dentist is never going to rank highly on the list of great days out, this practice makes the experience as good as possible.
