Our second visit to Purple Pooch. I always get what I ask for. Today she got the deluxe treatment. Smells and looks awesome. Never had any issues with staff. I was a little hesitant by reviews but being in customer service industry you cant make everyone happy. We love The service! The staff!

If you love your dog, don’t trust them! Terrible experience. Past time I took my dog they took 3 hours more than expected. Gave it another try and now they did a terrible job and cutting more than i advised. They say they would call if they needed to and never received a call.

TERIBLE EXPERIENCE: I took my dog there (see before photo) and asked the girl to cut his hair just a bit, not too much, and selected the next to LONGEST option they had. When I picked him up (see after photo) he was cut almost down to his skin. He doesn't like his cut, I don't like the cut... looks terrible. The girl started arguing with me that it wasn't short.. really?? Not good customer service. Def will not be back.

We came here to get a few treats to decorate our dear Mimi's Birthday and I was pleasantly surprised to also find a beautiful cake and many birthday cookies. The treats are fresh and look delicious!! My dog loved them :) The guy working in the store was very nice and it was awesome to see him babysitting a dog that had just finished his grooming. I came just for goodies but I will definitely be coming back for grooming and bath services. Prices are fair and the place is beautiful and clean. I know my dog will get top treatment :)

I took my little Princess here to get groomed my friend swears by this place and she was right. I was able to get an appointment easy when i took her i was greeted by a young man called Jean he was very sweet and assured me that my baby would be taken care of , he was very professional and also helped me get some wonderful treats for my baby. The shop is so clean and so pretty and when i picked up my baby she was happy and smelled amazing Jessica did an amazing job with her. Now i know why my friend would only come here and now I will be coming here with my baby. Thank you Jean for helping me choose the treats you were right she loved the pink ones...until next time

I wish I had the option of giving 0 stars. Very bad customer experience. I walked in on October 12th 2020 at 4:45pm and the person working there has asked us to leave at 4:46pm if we’re not purchasing anything as he wanted to close the store, whereas the store is supposed to close at 5pm (however their website says they close at 6pm). This was the first time I visited this place with my pet and didn’t feel welcomed, never ever coming back to this store.
