Jarell Franklin is great property manager. He is very professional and friendly! He attacked all my problems head on and got them handle swiftly. Shayla is an Awesome Account and leasing manager! She is careful and diligent. She made sure I was provided all the resources I need and stayed consistent with staying in touch. Mack, Victoria, Elijah, DJ, Brett all are great office staff members. They made my experience comfortable and impactful. I made a great choice by choosing the Quad.

I've been here since 2017 and while I've seen changes in management frequently, I can say the integrity of the company with the current management team has stayed the same. The complex is nice and clean, maintenance calls are efficient, and the atmosphere is always warm and inviting. Just yesterday I went in to see if they could find my speaker that I misplaced in their lost and found items section. Unfortunately, my speaker was not there. The staff instead went above and beyond when they decided to replace it to me as a courtesy. I say all this to say that The Quad really values its residents. With any apartment complex, you'll see the ups and downs because life happens. What I can confidently say is that The Quad provides safety, reassurance, and a family for me.

I stayed at the quad all 4 years of my college experience. I was toured by Shayla which is the best leasing agent literally ever! She has the best personality and made me feel like I actually mattered. Every time I came to the front office Victoria, Mack and Eli always helped me with whatever problems I had and always had a smile of their faces. The property manager is super funny and cares. I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Highly recommended.

Elisha helped me sign my lease and described The Quad excellently. His customer service is superb, and he tremendously supported me throughout the whole process. After talking with him the past several days, my comfort level and enthusiasm for living at The Quads went through the roof! Thank you Elisha for thoroughly answering every question I had to perfection. I am very excited to be living at The Quad in the near future!

I’ve lived here for almost a year, and I would say it’s overall a good place to live. Friendly neighbors, the office staff is very personable and they even know my name when i come to pick up a package. When I first moved in there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed, but I believe that is due to the poor maintenance of the previous tenants. We now call and put in a request for maintenance, and they show up within the next couple of days. Pretty good experience!
