For a company making a fortune in a Pandemic their organisation of customers is terrible. Too many people and obvious pinch points causing people to be on top of eachother. Should be closed down if they don't re-organise. There are lots of business who are far less risky forced to close

Looks tatty from the outside and it doesn’t improve on the inside. Clearly a notch job when refitting from previous occupants with little money or care spent. Floor is in poor condition with tape holding it down in lots of places. Untidy with products hard to find amongst the clutter. Two stars given are for the service of the staff which is very good.

Nice new shop and laid out much better than the last location in Cheltenham. Let down by a disorganised queue at the checkouts. A long wait and open to infection and then finally a disinterested and rude member of staff at the till. I guess you get what you pay for.

It is unfortunate that The Range in Cheltenham is moving and the shop looks like a disused warehouse at the moment,hence my rating of 3 star. I couldn't find the things I wanted as obviously they are trying to get rid of stock. It would have been better if they closed the store and open the new place with a bang. I will definitely support The Range when it opens in November.

Shops great car park a complete joke! You drive in and then you can’t get out again after a hour of trying to get out we have parked up left our van there and walked home! Sort it out!
