Above and beyond!! The gas range in my vacation rental was having issues. The receptionist was very friendly and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. I had a same day turnover on the following day with a 5 hour window. They came out and fixed it within 24 hours! Who does that any more? The tech was also very friendly and helpful. He replaced the ignitor and then showed me how I can get longer life out of it. And then he showed me how to remove the scratches from the stainless steel top. Very professional people who take pride in their work. Outstanding service!
