I worked in New Homes Sales for 2 years and I can tell you that it doesn’t get much better than the c consultants at The Reserve at Twin Rivers. Cindy and Jessica were so patient with all of my million questions and made the home search experience fun. I was so indecisive and looked for over 6 months bugging them with visits and emails. They always gave me more information than I asked for and made me feel like they were in this with me! I love that Medallion allows you to make changes to their floor plans for SUCH a crazy small fee so you can make it your own.. it makes it not feel like the rest of the builders that are so cookie cutter and don’t give you any personalization options. It really felt like a full custom building experience. Definitely recommend!

Very unprofessional sales consultants! I was left hanging and constantly had to check back to find out what was going on with pricing ect.. I was told I would get a call and was stood up on multiple occasions and left in the dark, this is how they treat someone looking to spend 850k!!!!. Their Follow up is horrible and this is coming from someone who does sales! I’ve got to say I have worked with a lot of sales consultants and purchased many homes and I have had new homes built but the experience I had with this outfit was the most unprofessional and disrespectful going in to spend 850k
