Family moved here recently and we are very pleased and relieved with the move. Knowing they are in a safe and friendly environment and not alone in their home has given us a lot of peace. The staff was very helpful when we were looking for the right community as well as during the move-in week. It's great knowing that mom has made new friends and loves her beautiful new condo.

Beautiful building and homes. Everyone was friendly and the office staff was amazing! The accommodated me walking in and requesting a tour. Wonderful! I will be back.

The manager of this facility is horrible and does Not care about the residents wellbeing at all. This person is a dictator and operates with impunity because she makes a profit for the Corperate owner (Essex Corp) so they support her completely. This gives her the power to send us a bill for water damage to a guest bathroom in my grandmothers apartment that was caused by faulty workmanship saying my 100 year old grandmother should have known about it and didn’t report it. When we tried to fight back the manager banned my grandmothers care giver from the facility. This care-giver has been caring for my grandma for 3 years and now we are being forced to use a service that only this manager approves (hmm collusion?) If you’re considering placing your loved one in this facility don’t even consider it for a second as you will sleep much better than I do knowing your loved one is not living in a place that is run by a vindictive, power-monger that only wants to make money for the greedy corporate owner instead of actually caring about the residents that unfortunately live there.
