I have lived here for about a year and love it. I have never had to call maintenance for anything, because everything is new. The common areas are kept very clean. I like that management will email information rather than getting a ton of paper. Management is very responsive to emails and requests. It is in a perfect location with lots of restaurants, bars, etc within walking distance or a very short drive.

We really enjoyed our year living at The Residences, the staff was friendly and the building was always in pristine condition. The apartments are nice and roomy with plenty of storage space, and you could always find a spot in the parking lot. My only note about the complex is that it is more geared towards older adults and seniors, not the best location for young professionals. Overall, I recommend The Residences - great place to live!

I absolutely love it here! The entire building is kept very clean and any issues that arise get fixed immediately. I feel very safe with key fob access to enter the building. Management is easy to work with and always available to answer my questions. It’s conveniently located near the interstate and other attractions. There is plenty of parking space. I highly recommend!
