If I could give 10 stars to Bernadette, I would. She is the best recruiter I've met! She never gave up on me even after I didn't get the job! She's so friendly and honest to talk to. She would always help me prep before an interview, follow up after the interview, and give me valuable tips on how I can improve myself and different ways I can answer a question. I don't understand the negative reviews. I'm glad Bernadette wanted to see me in person before sending me out to a client. She's good at what she does. She understands the culture and environment at the companies she represents and knows the qualities that are important to them. By screening me first, she saved both me and the potential employers a ton of time. I found her to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. She didn't waste my time by promoting me to a bunch of places where my skills wouldn't be appreciated. The 30 minutes spent with her were much more valuable than running around to interviews for jobs for which I wasn't a good fit!

The one and only review is correct. They are very old school in their process. You have to drive all the way out there for only 10-15 minutes of time. It is a complete waste of time and could be done over the phone or by email. They have next to no positions available and therefore not worth battling traffic to go to one of the busiest parts of Scottsdale! Not to mention the recruiter had the personality of a nat. They provide a good song and dance to get you to waste your time to drive there. It seems more of a temp agency and not staffing!
