This place has come on leaps and bounds. I always found the doctors and nurses quite nice, but the organisation used to be poor. But ever since they brought in the online system, I can honestly say the service has been excellent. It's very business-like and efficient for both doctor and patient now. I can submit queries online any time of day and the clinician sends me back their response. Very flexible. Top notch for care and accessibility.

Today we went here with my younger child for take flu vaccine. It is very easy to reach with google map. All the staff are very cooperative and treat very well mannar. There is no delay for us. Very neat and clean environment. Wearing mask is important things before we enter this area.
The most useless and disrespectful team ever, I have been going to this practice for years. Never been so disappointed and neglected as I have been recently. Some patient have URGENT medical needs that can’t wait weeks. Their protocol that all patients should have the same treatment is a joke! Some patients need more medical attention than others. Covid or not they are some people who still need medical help ASAP should be priorities. To booking an appointment and getting a prescription nothing has been done for my mom and it’s nearly been a month since I have asked for one! Without forgetting I have been asking this multiple times in a space of a month each time they have an excuse. Disgusting.
Every single time I've had an appointment or test, I have had to chase them up for the results as I never receive a phone call as promised. The last time I chased them up for my blood test results as I hadn't received a call from a doctor for a month after the test, they messaged me saying that ALL of my blood tests came back normal so there was o further doctor action required\. However, when I checked for my test results on the NHS Patient access account, it was clearly stated that one of the tests came back abnormal. This specific test is very relevant to the current health problem that I have and it was overlooked.
I always book appointment over the phone(Tips,book in the morning ).I am registered at this GP over 10 years, it is not that bad.
