My Sheltie was groomed there and it was the best she has ever had! Also she was boarded there and returned happy and stress free! Wonderful vets and staff! I highly recommend this establishment!

We love Richter's and have used them several times for boarding and vet needs with great experiences each time! My only complaint would be that this last time we had to have someone else pick up our dogs for us and while their harnesses were returned to us, the dogs were leashed with only their leashes clipped to itself around their necks. This made for a very difficult time for our family who tried to wrangle them into our house (which is why we always use harnesses for them) so it would have been nice had they put their harnesses back on. Other than that we've only had good luck with Richter's!

I REALLY love this place. 1- very professional and amiable staff on the phone and in person. 2- your pet will be in safe hands with the vet. 3- good price, especially for the value. 4- convenient in the drop- off and pick-up as well as making reservations— they will contact your vet and get the vaccination records themselves. Awesome staff. The best. 5- I have 2 dogs and it was nice to know that they would be able to share a boarding space and not feel alone. There is also a discount for the second pet, I believe.

We have been taking our dogs to Richter for years. We usually see Dr Randolph but all the vets are nice. Dr Randolph has been wonderful. The staff is also caring . We had our first trip to the groomer today and Chelsea did a great job. I can’t say enough good things about everyone at Richter. I am so glad we can take our pets here.

Our fur babies love going to the “spa” when we are gone! They come back happy, calm and ready to play! The staff is unbelievable and so caring- I feel like they loved them before they knew them! Thank you for taking care of our boxer babies!

I liked being able to ensure my dogs safety via camera while boarding. It was advertised that the dogs go on 5 walks a day which is good but I only ever saw him in the room so I can't attest to how much interaction he had with staff or other dogs while we were away.

We have three dogs we needed to board. It was the first time for all of them being in an unfamiliar place but everyone was so friendly and helpful when we brought them in. They needed some very care prior to the start and were able to get all that worked into the same visit too. Can’t say enough about how accommodating they were with very short notice too. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been bringing my dog to be groomed at Richter’s for 12 years. They always treat Maggie as if she is special to them. They do an amazing job and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else.
