Brilliant customer service, crazy fast delivery, easiest order ever! The team were brilliant, we spoke on Saturday, they gave me all the information they were super knowledgeable and I and paid right away, and then our extremely underlay arrived - exactly when they said it would, for no shipping charge, and with texts from the courier to tell me exactly when it would be here. I was looking for an underlay for our rug and found this shops website. I have never tried them before but decided to contact them. It seemed like in no time at all I had a reply from Matthew. One more email I had my order for some Monarch Comfort Underlay. My underlay was cut to the correct size for my rug and sent out the next day. It arrive the following day. The construction and quality of the underlay exceeded our expectations so we immediately had to try it out. All I can say is Perfection. Thank you very much for your very prompt service sending the really good rug creeper to stop my rug moving on the carpet. I have previously bought all sorts of underlays which are supposed to work but they never do and was amazed at the Foxi which gives the rug added bounce and doesn't move at all. Fantastic - am definitely recommending it to all my friends.
