In my honest opinion I can say that I'm extremely grateful that I hired David Schweppe as my DWI Lawyer! He will do everything in his power to get the best outcome for you and he also is VERY affordable and accepts payments! I still owe 180.00 on his account but he told me to not worry about it to help me out because he knows I am struggling. He's amazing at his work and is very professional. If you are at your lowest and have gotten a DWI or any other traffic violation he is definitely the person you need!! I called a number of law firms in order to determine which one would be the most cost effective, as well as achieve the best results for my speeding ticket. After talking with many law offices it was clear this law firm was the most cost effective by far, but they also obviously had all the experience and know how that all the other law firms had. To me really, it was an easy choice. I just received my results back and the court agreed to exactly what my lawyer said it would. They most certainly did their job and got me exactly what I needed. Hopefully I don’t get any more speeding tickets, but if I do I would absolutely come right back.

I live in Florida and this was my first visit to North Carolina. Coming down the blue ridge mountains, as the speed limit immediately changes from 70 to 45, and being so foggy, I was driving a little bit above the speed limit. I did not see a sign with the speed limit anywhere. Not only the police officer was rude but he approached me without a mask and basically spitting on my face as he was talking. I hadn't had a ticket in 40 years... I am very grateful to have known The Schweppe Law firm. Not only they handled my case with professionalism but also with compassion due to the fact that I was having heart surgery and would be hospitalized the same day I was supposed to be in court.
