Carol kalins is a greedy, obnoxious and unprofessional. Literally told my family Mate he isn’t worth her time when he was attempting to secure a policy with her. I reached out to her myself to get remittance information from her and she just ignored my messages. If Ud like an agent who thinks she’s better than u and tells u so.. sign up w this lady. Otherwise literally go anywhere else and ull get better service.
