They only get back to you when it's convenient for them. It takes days for changes to be made on a policy. When you do speak to anyone it seemed I inconvenience them to do their job. I've sent multiple customers to you over the years but that is going to stop. Nothing local or friendly about this agency. Take you business elsewhere!
