Poor Customer Service, After claiming for a intermittent fault over seven weeks ago with TeamKnowhow. I had a call from this company as the washer/dryer was an under warranty ( Four Months Old ) but the repair operative who attended five weeks ago said he wouldn't be able to fix the fault as the machine was running fine after 30 mins of watching a spin cycle with nothing checked inside or even running any diagnosis. Seven weeks later this company came out, which was today and the fault was apparently caused by damp interfering with the sensors, this person was quite friendly and recommendable. Apparently the previous operative was meant to check this first as it's a common fault. Shame I didn't get the first persons name.

Used this store on a number of occasions for washer, dishwasher, oven and repairs. Always found them first class. Come out without a reasonable time for repairs and prices at least competitive, they are part of Euronics buying group so can compete with big sheds. They are very helpful. For instance will pre freeze a new freezer before delivery. Take items away at a reasonable price. Looked at ovens recently and they were very good on price, installation charge and disposal fee. Not surprisingly I bought from them again. An experienced local firm offering a very good service.
