Worst dentist I have ever been to. She replaced a crown which she was decayed which it was not and then replaced it with a crown that didn’t even resemble a tooth it looked like a wax mass of blob. It had zero biting surface whatsoever it was smooth and when I complained she told me to replace it she would have to take more tooth and that would be bad. They also wrote up a ridiculous treatment plan which was outrageous. They are clearly in it for the money. Stay clear from this place and go to a real dentist.

Very caring dentist. Makes good use of advanced technology and techniques. She recommended things my dentist in Ohio never mentioned. And love the name, the Smile Fairy. Here in Naples, dentists seem to be more creative when it comes to operating their dental practices. Well, I guess any dentist with a Success poster framed in the waiting room must be positively motivated.

I’ve been going to Dr. Primero for at least 10 years. The staff is caring, compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable. I most recently had Lyndsey work with Dr. Primero on my crown. Besides being an excellent dental assistant, she also let me know what she was doing at each stage. Not only was it interesting, but also reassuring. When I first started going to Dr. Primero, she completely evaluated all of my teeth, bite, gums etc. Then she prioritized the procedures. This gave me the opportunity to have the work done on my own time and financial needs. Every procedure that she recommended needed to be done. She is an amazing diagnostician. I highly, highly recommend this dental group.

Amazing dentist! She is wonderful as is the receptionist and the entire staff!!! Highly recommend going here! My son had 3 baby teeth pulled in one visit and she was gentle and answered all his questions prior to. Thank u smile fairies!! Meryl M.

Dr. Primero is an incredible dentist, but this review speaks to the front desk staff. This August I had to cancel an appt due to COVID, I called the office and left a voicemail. They returned the call and left a voicemail as well, acknowledging my request for cancellation and stated that they have an opening on Sept. 11th in the morning and that if I would like that time give them a call back. That time did not work, so I did not return the call. Flash forward to today (9/10): I received another VM, confirming my appt on 9/11. I called them back explaining the situation, and received a very condescending tone from the front desk saying, \We require 48 hours cancellation notice for all appts\ I guess that includes ones that you dont even schedule yourself! Be careful of this shady practice.
