I love the Social Grand Forest! The apartments are super cheap, close to campus and the office staff is really nice! The apartments are well kept and maintenance responds quickly. I recommend these apartments to all my friends!

The staff here is very responsive and friendly. They do everything they can to satisfy all of their residents. I would highly recommend looking at this apartment complex if you are in the Downtown Knoxville area.

Since the new management came Grand Forest has honestly become a SOCIAL community! I love spending time in the study room and the gym. Connor and Kayla always make me feel so welcomed!
