After doing some apartment hunting, I can confidently say that The Social Row is my choice for the next school year! The apartments themselves were great, I really liked the furnished options and the rent was very reasonable, but what made this place great for me was the staff. Melanie in particular was so kind and patient with me and answered all of my questions eagerly. Excellent staff and cute apartments!!

I had such a great time while touring an apartment here!! I’m moving next fall and came to Tallahassee for the weekend to apartment hunt and get a feel of the town. The staff is so friendly, Melanny helped me SO much. She answered all my questions and gave me really good advice that made me excited to come back next year!!! I definitely will be coming back.

Moving in was a breeze! Truly enjoy living here. If I recall, it was Melanny who helped me with all of my leasing issues. A really easy experience with her and truly a gem! With utilities included and free parking, you can’t really go wrong with living here.

The staff here have been really good, and the maintenance people, especially Jason, have been really attentive and flexible. The location is perfect for college students to walk to campus and to St. Thomas More.

Called to inquire about moving there in the spring and Melanie was very helpful in all aspects. I felt very comfortable asking her my questions and she was quick to give me answers. I’m not too sure about the apartments yet but management seems great!
