I moved to The Social this past August from another apartment complex and absolutely LOVE it. In my four bedroom apartment my favorite part is how open the living room, kitchen and dining room are. The size of the apartment is just big enough to move around in and just small enough to feel nice and cozy. I also love my room size and the fact that my bathroom is inside of my room versus my other apartment. Overall 10/10. Can’t wait to live here again next year!

I’ve been living here for around 3 months now and I’m so glad I picked The Social over other apartments in the area. The staff is so nice, especially Tonke (one of the maintenance people), and I already resigned my lease for next year. I love that the price is all inclusive so I don’t have to worry about other bills. I also love that all maintenance requests get done within a day or so, and I feel more comfortable knowing that its the same people fixing things/coming into my apartment every time.

I moved here this August and have enjoyed every minute. There is a great little community here with a super friendly staff. The maintenance team is stellar. Alex, Scott, and Tonke have helped me out immediately with any issues I've had. I definitely recommend these apartments!

I’ve lived here for three years now since the apartments were called the Metropolitan. Despite the prices getting more expensive (795 to 995 now) all bills are included and they’ve renovated the property and some interiors. It’s my favorite place I’ve lived in San Marcos by far. The property is quiet, has good amenities, a convenient bus route, and really kind staff. Also, the management makes it super easy to resign as a current resident which is always a nice plus

Great move-in experience. Fast, easy, and everything could be done online! Love how clean & updated the common areas are. Update: I've been living here for three months now and couldn't be happier! Maintenance requests are taken care of within a day, the property is always spotless, and everyone in the main office is friendly, kind, and always helpful. I'd recommend The Social to anyone looking for a wonderful living experience!
