The staff is incredible and the maintenance team always responds so quickly! I love the location and the amenities. I have lived here for two years and will be sad when I graduate and have to leave. I highly recommend The Soto!!

Pretty horrible experience would be putting it lightly. From the start, the experience has been out of this world horrible. Management doesn’t go over the lease with you, and the management doesn’t seem to care much about their lease. I’ve complained several times about people breaking the lease , and nothing was done. I’ve also had multiple problems with my roommates , and they wouldn’t allow me to change rooms until May free-of-charge ( and I started complaining about issues with my roommates in October , which is like 7 months of no resolution). Hallways smell obnoxious, elevators are dirty, not a lot of events, space between doors is small (like I couldn’t open up the door all the way for doing laundry without hitting the wall), and much more. It’s so ridiculous to have this many problems and management seem to not really care at all .

Horrible apartment I do not recommend, we found a dead hamster in our dishwasher that has been living there for 2 years, along with the solos furniture being infested with bed bugs. Management had no idea what to do about the situation. They were unable to replace lost items due to their own furniture. The place is overall unsanitary and should be checked multiple times before tenants move in. Also I experienced social media harassment from a staff member whom did not receive any discipline for her actions after being reported several times. Personally I think the building needs a reality check. It might be a great location, but it is a horrible place to live
