No matter what time of year I call or what day, the answer is always the sa, “ Unfortunately we have no appointments to wax my eyebrows” why do you advertise waxing if you have no time for it. As a guest at the hotel I don’t like to be inconvenienced and have to go someplace else.

Got a pedicure, the description said I would get a relaxing massage-never happened. Paid 78 for something no better then The 30 pedi’s on Broadway...not the place for a pedicure :-(

Absolutely amazing experience. I made reservations for a bachelorette party and the staff was beyond accommodating, detailed oriented and professional. The warm river stone massage was incredibly relaxing. Will definitely be back here. I HIGHLY recommend this amazing spa.

Amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My two roommates and I went for massages during finals week to de-stess. That's exactly what we did. The staff was accommodating and both extremely helpful and kind. I had the Heaven to Earth specialized massage and both my roommates had the River Stone massage. Very relaxing and lovely all around. We plan on making this a finals week tradition and will definitely be back again!
