Spent the entire afternoon at River Ridge- which included a Panera lunch on a set table! Everyone was friendly and respectful from the moment I walked in the door to checking out. I had 4 services completed- pedicure, manicure, tropical body treatment, and hot stone massage. The stone massage was amazing! The facility was clean and accommodating. I found it via Google. Appropriate Covid precautions are being taken. I don't get to treat myself to such luxuries very often- maybe once every 2-3 years. River Ridge was definitely worth it. Hope I don't have to wait another couple of years before I can go back.

I had a move-up/full highlight scheduled with Lana and was told not enough time was booked for her do the entire service. She told me this AFTER removing my extensions. I had to go back later that week for a second 5 hour appointment. My color is horrible and my extensions are SO LOOSE. I will never ever recommend or speak well of this business that over charges and hires staff that have no clue what they are doing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for extensions. The photos below were taken the same day I had my color done.

I moved to Ohio in the pandemic and needed to find a place to have my hair done. I had had the same hairstylist for over 15 years. My daughter found The Spa at River Ridge and I found Lauren. She is funny, professional and is learning how to deal with my picky hair. I believe I have found my new hairstylist and I am so happy & lucky to have found her! The Spa is so clean and sanitized every time something is touched or even looked at! They salon is beautiful and they offer many services. I highly recommend this business

I live in Grove City and make the drive to Spa at River Ridge because there's no other place with this top notch service and relaxing atmosphere. Consistency is key with this industry too, and it's ALWAYS consistent - from the coffee they offer to the color on my head. I'll continue seeing Miranda until I'm on my death bed, so she's definitely stuck with me forever. \u003c3 Thanks, Spa.
