Our experience with Sundance Spa, Oakville has been excellent! From the initial introductory meeting, the wait for delivery and at each step along the way since taking possession the level of customer service provided by Brian has been 2nd to none! In learning about the tub features and how to manage the water quality, Brian has been only a text away to help - fantastic! The delivery team was on time, professional and carefully installed the tub. The supporting contractors (Brandon & team @ MC Squared Reno and Will & team @ Liberty Electrical) were all professional and did quality work. The spa quality and experience so far are excellent and now part of our daily ritual. Highly recommend!

We always wanted a hot tub but decided to take the "plunge" amidst Covid times and spending more time at home. I was referred to Sundance by a friend who previously purchased a spa from them. I went in not being an expert on hot tubs where we met Robert. Being a complete rookie, he took the time to answer all our questions and concerns in making such a large purchase. Backed by a great company like Sundance, Robert was there every step of the way from purchase, delivery, platform, electrical hook up and filling for the first time. For me, the most important part of the buying/selling process is the support after the fact. Needless to say, Robert is an expert and his after sales approach is top notch. Always available for any questions I have. We purchased the Hamilton 780 Series and couldn't be happier. Robert put us in contact with a few landscapers to assist in setting up the platform for the backyard. He also set us up with the electrician to allow us to ensure there were no hiccups or surprises upon applying power. The delivery team was on time and set up everything perfectly. Sundace has a great group of trades to help in the whole process. Lastly, Robert was there to help fill up for the first time and go through all our questions about the hot tub, maintenance and balancing the water chemistry. Any questions I have is only a mere text away. If you are looking for a hot tub, look no further than Sundance.

We recently purchased an Optima from the Sundance Oakville store. I never take the time to write reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled. We love the spa...and we aren't first time owners, so we already had high expectations. While we are thrilled that we like the spa even more than our previous one, which we really liked, it is the tremendous service experience that has prompted me to write this review. When it comes to customer service, they just get it and it is obvious. If you are looking for a spa, just go into the Oakville store and talk to Brian. You will be happy you did.

We bought the Edison 680, which seats 6 adults. Four of those seats are deep with the others a bit higher/shallower, so are good for kids too. We LOVE our hot tub, it feels like being on vacation. Our almost 5-year old son loves it too. Top-notch service all the way and better availability of hot tubs than at other places we looked at. Brian was always eager to help before the purchase, during the process of getting it to our place and the after-sales service has been great. Brian came to see us about a week after install to see how we were getting on with the functionality and using chlorine etc. I love that they don't outsource after-sales service - I just call the store and am always made to feel welcome. They work with great partners too, Liberty Electrical were fantastic and the delivery company were helpful too. All the way along, they were responsive and stuck to timelines. Hot tubs have been in high demand (and short supply) during the pandemic. The Oakville store orders hot tubs ahead of time in anticipation of demand, so this helped us get our hot tub much sooner than lead times with other stores/brands.

Sundance Oakville and Hamilton helped us to make the right decision and select the Optima Hot Tub, we couldn't be happier with our choice. I came to Sundance looking for something that we would primarily use in the winter and to help my with my chronic pain condition but we enjoy it so much we are still using it through the summer. Sundance made it easy and was there to fully install and set it up including the gazebo which we purchased through them. Any questions or concerns we have had they are just a phone call away.

After researching companies and reviews for months I walked into the Sundance Spa store in Oakville on a complete random afternoon just to hear what they had to offer. I was already prepared to sign and purchase from another company, when I met Brian at the store. I was floored by the things he shared with me about their Sundance tubs that I was never even made aware of when speaking to other companies. I then started researching more about the Sundance lineup and settled on the Cameo. Not a single regret in that decision! The tub is absolutely phenomenal. Brian made the whole process from beginning to end extremely easy. Everything went smoothly, from the purchase, to the installation of the pad and electrical, finally to the delivery and install. I feel even more comfortable knowing I can rely on Brian and the rest of the team for support whenever needed. Highly recommended!

We purchased our Sundance Optima with Sandy at the Spa store in Oakville. We wet tested a number of different brands and decided on Sundance and the Optima due to the superior product feel, experience and customer service. The delivery team showed up as scheduled and were friendly and efficient. Their aftercare service has been great - we needed additional details for installation in our deck and they went above and beyond to provide us with the specifications. We have been using our spa for a few years now and enjoy it almost every day! Our 3 and 5 year old have been in it constantly the past 5 months.

Making the decision to buy hot tub was an easy one, we wanted one for a while. Making the decision which brand/model would be the most suitable one for us proven to be the difficult one. This is where Greg and Brian from Sundance Spas came to the rescue. During our visits to the showrooms, they took time to understand our needs/requirements/wants and educated us on various options suitable to our needs. Also, before we even placed the order, Brian came by our house to ensure the space we have is suitable and adequate to place a hot tub. He also ensured there wouldn’t be any issues with delivering the tub to our backyard and no special equipment would be required. Even though, due to COVID, we had to wait a few months for the tub to be delivered, once the delivery time came, the delivery and set-up were executed exceptionally smoothly. Electrical work and installation of the tub provided by Sundance was seamless. Both teams, electrical and delivery, did their parts quickly and efficiently. The start-up itself was super easy as well. A couple days after the tub was installed, Brian came over our house again. This time to give us a tutorial on proper usage of the chemicals as well as to ensure we know how to operate and maintain the tub. This orientation session was simply fantastic as we learned a lot and were able to ask any questions we had. Also, during that visit, we discovered one of the jets had sharp edges and needed to be replaced. Brian arranged for it all. Within the next couple of days, the service team took care of the jet. Must say – excellent service. Sundance representative (Brian) and the team were extremely helpful and responsive. Took care of pretty much everything. We do highly recommend Sundance and their fantastic team. Also, we are enjoying the tub very much…best purchase ever
