I booked 3 appointments, on all 3 occasions they did not show up nor call to say they weren't going to be able to make it. On the first occasion he said he'd meet me at 10am. I explained to him where he'd be able to park etc. I was there from 9.30am and he didn't show up. Rang, no answer. Rang again and was told he came and sized it up and left as there was nowhere to park and he'd call me to reaarange a time to come and fit. Never rang me, so rang back, booked another appointment - same thing, never showed up, never called, and when I rang the office the gentleman on the phone laughed it off. Booked a 3rd appointment, assured me that they would be there. Never showed up. Rang the office to see what was going on, he hung up on me. Rang back, he hung up on me again. Exceptionally poor customer service. Pretty sure they probably have some regular contract work that keeps them in business, so I wouldn't bother ringing them.
