I was recently locked out of my house and had to call The Sutton Locksmiths, I was really panicking as I had pasta boiling on the hob and could hear the smoke alarm going off. I rang the locksmiths and the man on the phone was very reassuring and said he'd get to me in 20-30 mins. Fortunately I managed to open a window and climb through and resolve the situation. When I rang back to explain I no longer needed the services, the man on the phone from The Sutton Locksmiths was so lovely about the situation and reassured me it was no problem! If I'm ever (god forbid) locked out again this will be the locksmiths I call! Thank you so much!!!

I called Andy as my daughter was locked out cooker on, dog inside, I needed a locksmith urgently, he left immediately. Then my daughter said she had called someone, I called Andy back and he was out on his way. I apologised and offered him money for his troubles, he said no that's fine, he was so understanding. Will definately be using him in the future. Speedy, friendly and understanding bloke, thanks Andy, not many like you around.

Moved into a new home and wanted to change all the exit locks in the house just in case. Rob attended to give a quote free of charge and the quote was very reasonable. Like the part that he has a mobile card reader to take cards as I did not have cash on me. He does the job in minutes and even helped with the dodgy door handle. Great professionalism!
