No advance booking required, great way to spend an hour. Very photogenic. Interesting stuff on the information boards - sobering that just raising the anchor could take up to 18 of them six hours. You can have a coffee and a snack onboard if you like.

The Glen lee is a must visit if you are in Glasgow. The vessel is more than a hundred years old. Immaculately restored and explained in a variety of flex boards. The various levels of the ship especially the engine room is a treat for any mariner. A cafe and gift shop is also incorporated inside. Kids have a play area which is quite unique.
This is an wonderful place for individuals of all ages. The ship is much larger than it may initially may appear. There is a wonderful cafe on board. The majority of the boat is handicapped accessible. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The Admission is free for this museum which makes it a very affordable day out.
A really amazing place to visit, and to think - it's free! You get to clamber all over the place in this lovingly restored tall ship, and the visit will give you a real feel for what it must have been like to have been cooped up in one of these vessels. Fascinating!
The ship is great, but they should have it lit up at night. It used to be. Must have ran out of light bulbs or the electricity bill is too expensive. What a pity
