Well to begin with i been leaving here for 13years an very please with the new management they're so polite an if you should have a problem they take care of it always smiling an making me feel like they love what they do. The apt i live is very quiet an surrounded by very good residents. Mrs. Sylvia and Yachelis are excellent! Kudos to Ever and Tony for keeping up my unit and grounds.

The apartment may look decent on the outside but this isn't a safe place after being in my unit for almost a year someone tried to literally kick my door down. Horrible experience,its not the place but the people in and around the complex.

The location is great but the Maintenance men are rude and creepy. The staff in the office are very unprofessional especially Cynthia.... they try to take money but don’t fix nothing in the apartment or always trying to argue you down about something.... Better business bureau needs to be called on them ASAP.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! THEY CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY I SPENT A WHOLE YEAR HEAR PAYING RENT AND THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING IN MY APARTMENT, I HAVE A LEAKING CEILING IN MY LIVING ROOM THAT HAS YET TO BE FIXED SO WHENEVER I SHOWER(WHICH IS EVERYDAY) ITS RAINING IN MY LIVING ROOM TO THE POINT WHERE MY CARPET IS SOAKED CAUSING MILDEW! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS AT ALL. IT IS SPIDER AND ROACH INFESTED. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. IF YOU HAD A CHOICE BETWEEN HERE OR A SHELTER, GO TO THE SHELTER!
