Brilliant service from Mark and the team. We really had no idea where to begin with a bathroom refurbishment, and Mark spent so much time talking through all the different options and advising us. He also reccomended Lee from Ambient Plumbing to install our bathroom, who did an amazing job, and it was so helpful that there was a good working relationship between the two. We are really happy with all the fittings and would highly reccomend Tile and Bathroom Warehouse to anyone.

We have had a complete bathroom refit and have to say we were lost and unsure at the start of what we wanted and what products to choose. We feel very lucky to have found Lee (Ambient heating and plumbing) to do the work and the team at The Tile and Bathroom Warehouse for the products. We were guided and advised from the beginning by both and feel they were confident and knowledgable (without ever being pushy,) but gave their expert advice and opinion which was what we needed! There was a great working relationship between the two separate businesses (which definitely helped when we needed to change products quickly, we don’t know what we would have done if we had ordered online!) Lee and his team worked extremely efficiently, and was very tidy and respectful of the house, totally trustworthy, great finish. We highly recommend both Lee of Ambient and the team at Tile and Bathroom Warehouse great businesses and just generally nice people too! Thanks guys!!

Exceptional products and service. I cannot recommend and praise the Tile and Bathroom Warehouse enough. The choice of bathroom furniture, fitting and tiles is superb, offering high quality products that match the service and experience we have enjoyed. The slightest query has been handled with ease and speed by the team, particularly Mark who has been a pleasure to do business with – even after the bathroom was paid for and delivered Mark remained in contact to ensure I was happy with how the installation was progressing. Mark recommended numerous fitters who all appeared very capable indeed, the fitter we went with, Paul Camp, was absolutely outstanding. Paul has done fantastic job that matches the high quality of our bathroom fittings perfectly. Highly recommended!
