Tried to order parts online and was shown a message \There are error (sic) please contact us\ After 4 attempts and a promise to call me back which wasn't acted on I finally got through to be told \ That website is not live\ When I protested that clearly it was live otherwise I wouldn't be calling they put the phone down. Clearly they don't want business.

Good value for money! I always pop in to order my power tools and other stuff.
I purchased a Makita cordless resiprocating saw for which they only stocked one 3ah battery and no charger. Saw was dusty off the shelf with no instruction or box. I was told the battery charges in 20 minutes which is a lie. They also sold me blades which I was assured would cut stainless steel, when I returned them with one used they were not interested. I like to support local businesses but would not recommend these guys as they are arrogant and lie through their teeth.
Nothing but positive really, I visit in person, the guys are knowledgeable and the prices are very keen. They have great product knowledge; I have been very impressed, and am a repeat customer as a result. Highly recommended
