The Tyler is great for being close to IUPUI’s campus and for the price! The new office staff seem to be better than the last! The maintenance staff is quick to fix things which is always nice! The hallways are rarely clean, but I put the blame on others that live here and don’t pick up after themselves. Overall a decent place for the price and location.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Living here was a terrible experience. READ BEFORE SIGNING! So you walk in and there are really young people working that absolutely no idea what they are doing and just work there so they can have cheap rent they do not care about any issue you may have even if they are nice. They will lure you in by giving you 2 free months but lock you in a year contract that in a 3 bedroom will run you about 2,100 a month!!! They charge by room to hide their over pricing. This amount to around 25,000 for the year! (not including parking 40 a month) The place is discussing they don't mow the grass, they don't keep the doors in working order so yes anyone can get in a walk around. LASTLY!!! THEY WILL TRY AND FU%&INGG ROB YOU AT THE END OF THE YEAR!!!! They charged me over 800 for things I didn't even and trust me its hell trying to get this worked out. Just do yourself a favor and run away. \oh but they have a pool\ its disgusting too :) it was shut down to half the time we lived there because of that reason. youre welcome.

Currently live here and i have no complaints.. Only thing is the walls must be thin because I literally hear everything.. I think my neighbors do too.. got a noise complaint and my tv was on 20 playing music . Oh well other than that i love it .. maintenance is also very responsive which is convenient!!

Overall a really good college campus apartment!! Very close to everything and easy access to anywhere outside of downtown.

Just look at the automated responses to the 5 star reviews. Tennants paid off the post highly to balance the negative. Walls here are paper thin, there was a legitimate shootout down the hall from my apartment between the police and a drugged up guy, my apartment flooded and ruined my stuff with no compensation even though it was their fault they didn't winterize the sprinkler system, and I got 2 tvs, and Xbox a Wii u and several laptops stolen from my place when someone jimmied my window open because security here is garbage. Please oh please don't waste your money on this party hole. The staff could care less about you. They even refused to pay my 300 electric bill when they had to use their own stuff to dry my flooded apartment and also refused to pay for my hotel since my apartment was unlivable. What a disgusting place.
