We have just replaced our somewhat aged metal gates with a set of Hadnall electric gates and side gate supplied and fitted by this excellent company. The process of choosing and ordering was very straight forward with advice from Richard and/or Jessica who where always very quick to answer calls or emails. The fitters where first class very tidy and polite and arrived at time arranged. Walkers going past our property have already commented on how beautiful the gates look. So if you are looking to replace your gates or just install from scratch I recommend the Electric Gate Company without hesitation.

The guys have just left my premises having fitted my gates and I have awarded a well deserved 5 stars as my end to end experience was simply excellent. I wasn't wholly sure of exactly what I really wanted and needed advice. This advice was considered and valuable, and made me feel comfortable that I had made the right choice. I was given samples to touch and feel and weigh up for colour match. There was a site survey and this then led to a modification request on my part. A change in design at the house led to a colour modification request on my part. Both of which were taken in their stride and with good nature. The installation was performed by experienced people who clearly knew what they were doing and were pleasant to have around. The product itself is very slick; well designed, stylish, highly functional and state of the art. It has exceeded my expectation. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys, from start to finish.

The whole process from my initial telephone enquiry to final installation, especially during Covid times, was in general very good and fairly stress free. Richard and his team were able to bring the installation date forward at our request. Installation took a day longer than we anticipated, but having seen the finished product it was worth it. We opted for a 5m sliding gate due to space constraints, and the operation of the gate is smooth and very quiet.
