The gym is on the third floor of Vardhaman mall. They have an elevator. The equipments needs a touch up but they have plenty of machines for cardio and enough of free weights. The trainer, Sanjay, is very friendly and looks after the clients well. They have support staff available and if needed they can help with your task. For gym buffs, I would not recommend as they don't have enough weights or machines(weightlifting). If you come during peak hours, you may have to wait your turn for the machines. But they do have a bathroom and drinking water facility. They also have lockers for your stuff.

This is the best gym in all our Dwarka . I Suggest all the fitness freaks to try this gym once. I'm sure your experience would be the best as compared to any other gym around you . All the facilities,equipments and all kind of workout machines are available here. The trainers are superb and are experti in fitness training . Gym lovers would regret if they didn't try this gym

Gym is less crowded and open throughout the day and till 10:00 night. Tariffs are bit higher on regards to the available facility and competition in market.
