I would expect better service since Vegas is nearly a ghost town now because of the pandemic, but these guys are rude there. They simply seem to hate their job and does not act like they want to be there.

Jimmy is the reason for this review! I put 100 in the black jack game at the bar and accidentally walked away from 125 ticket. He not only saw it happen but RAN out of the bar down the street yelling \hey cowboys fan! You forgot your ticket!\ It made my day and it was so honest and amazing of him! Great, honest staff, great place to watch sports! ️️️
Staff needs improvement and accuracy when writing sport bets as it can be a huge deal when it comes to a lot of money! As a sports/race ticket writer I expect better, to be treated as I treat my customers. Friendly and helpful!
I love that its 24 hours and I like all of the seats, monitors and the bar nestled right next to it. If only I could smoke a cigar there
Extremely disappointing. This used to be one of the best sports books in town. No more. The large and plush chairs have been replaced by chairs that are barely more comfortable than a typical desk chair. Even worse, in front of each chair is a console for gaming (i.e., it's a video poker game, or something like that). You no longer have a completely unencumbered view of the games; you have to look over the gaming console in front of you. Very bizarre. We stayed about 15 minutes and then went to a different sports book.
