Save your money! Safer-At-Home is disappointing at best. While we were generally satisfied with the personal care aides, management at Safer-At-Home did not follow through to assist us like they promised when it came to questions about medical or nursing care for our family member. They also did not appear to communicate any of the care information about our family member to the care aides; we had to repeat all of this information for every person assigned, and ‘train’ them ourselves. Their website may look good, but the service does NOT measure up. I would not use this company again!

Very poor value for service delivered. Good at making promises, short on follow through. As a customer, you have no input into who is assigned to your loved one. In the beginning, Safer-At-Home promised to work with us to find care aides who are a good fit with our family member. When we requested that an aide be switched out, they were unable to find a replacement, even though we provided about 2 weeks notice. We switched to finding our own aides using an online service that allows you to engage personal care aides yourself & that has worked out very well. We had over 10 applicants to choose from in the first day.

Not the greatest! Attention to detail is not their strong point. Great salesmen - be careful what you’re buying. Pay attention to the contract. You don’t get what you expect.

Horrible Horrible Horrible - stay away - they do not show up and no call or replacement. Office is absolutely horrible. They constantly send someone different and you have to show them what to do. You are safer without them.
