I have had three haircuts at the Salon. For the first one, they made me wait an hour after my scheduled time for a haircut. I gave them the benefit of the doubt assuming it was a one- time scheduling error and had two other haircuts with them with no issues. Today, after waiting for more than a half hour with no indication of when the stylist would be available, I left without a haircut. They were not at all concerned about me waiting as this seems to be a common practice. I even heard one of the stylists remark that overbooking was a common practice. Seriously, I am not exaggerating or making this up.
