Calling this clinic is tiresome and disappointing as a fellow healthcare worker. The average wait time to reach someone has been 1 hour over the past 2 months, even just to make/change an appointment. Most recently, I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes just to be disconnected in the last transfer without ever reaching anyone successfully. Frequently when transferred, I am being told contradictory information or that I actually need to be transferred somewhere differently and wait on hole an additional 20 minutes. I have left the SW multiple messages with no successful return call, even though I am on the approved list for records. A different staff recently told me she is the only one for the clinic when she is out, there is not always dedicated/known coverage to help families. I typically have more success dialing and asking to speak with the nursing/medical line who will then has ability to reach out to clinic or send a message, then call back the following day in attempt to follow up. Currently we have been waiting for 3 business days for either a call back or a successful attempt in reaching a provider to schedule a follow up appointment to continue much needed in home care services for our family member. I hope we are able to reach someone soon this week. Finger crossed.
