Last year they gave a 1 year Rabies by mistake. When questioned, the vet said he wasn’t sure why they didn’t give 3 year. Rabies was due again in May but we’ve been away (truck drivers) and just now back in town December. They wouldn’t give 3 year because they now say they don’t have his past records in their system. They scanned them last year at this location and 2 years ago at their hospital so another one year rabies because I don’t have his records with me. We waited an hour and a half after our appointment time to be seen. Charge for visit and rabies vaccine today 70.80. We’re done here.

When I found my puppy unresponsive Buffalo Ridge was the first place I called and they said bring her down and was even caring enough to ask me to drive safely because they could tell I was upset. Unfortunately my puppy didnt make it(she was DOA) but the vet and vet techs were so caring and sweet and carefully explained everything to me and patiently answered all my questions. Buffalo Ridge was even kind enough to work with us on the bill since there was nothing else they could do. They have forever left an imprint on my heart just as much as that pup did. I will forever be using this animal hospital.
