I moved in a not quite a month ago, and found some things upon move in that needed maintenance. Stopped by the office this morning before work to let them know and came home tonight to everything fixed!! I am very pleased, given that it wasn’t an emergency and other complexes are not near as concerned about their tenants!! This management team has been a true delight to work with and they have been very attentive during the whole apartment search, move in & now maintenance!

Living here currently. The apartments are decent and the front desk is normally helpful. The past few months however I have been dealing with neighbors blasting music after midnight on multiple occasions. I call the courtesy officer like I was told to do when this happened and it is still happening. Will start looking for a new place to live soon as spending over 1,000 per month is not worth it if I can't even get a decent nights sleep. edit: still dealing with the noise problem so clearly nothing has been done about it weeks after the original post

We have lived here for 1 1/2 years and have had a great experience with the office. The pool is always clean and refreshing. Looking forward to a few more years here. You will absolutely enjoy living here.
